Kirsi Salonen is a Finnish 2D-artist who uses Photoshop CS2 and Painter as her tools. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the Spring of 2006. Kirsi mostly loves to paint mystique and dark fantasy. She has illustrated role-playing cards for Fantasy Flight Games Inc., book illustrations for Altair Australia Books, and has worked as a graphic designer in the advertisement and commercial industry in Finland. This year she has joined a new Finnish game house, Tuonela Productions, as a Leading Artist and hopes that 2007 brings a lot of new exciting opportunities and projects.
The subjects that are closest to her heart are often of relationships between dark and light, that speak to each other in so many ways in every man.
